spring - Cron doesn't print

Question

This is the method,

@Scheduled(cron = "0 9 15 * * ?")

    public void testMethod(){
        System.out.println("Test successfull");
    }

On 9 AM ,cron supposed to execute the method.

But the method is not executed and the output is not showing.

can anyone help me with this
