python - Extract timestamp of all frames that has a target recognised face in a saved video read using CV2. [computer-vision]

Question

my python code will look something like this:

timestamp_list = []
cap = cv2.VideoCapture("video.mp4") 
if (cap.isOpened()== False): 
  print("Error opening video file")

while(cap.isOpened()):
  ret, frame = cap.read()
  if ret == True:

    # check if frame has target face and return boolean True if face recognised
    #**get timestamp and append to timestamp_list **
