android studio - Flutter doctor not working in any terminal and that's why flutter apps are also not working

I installed flutter months ago but recently I came across a strange problem where it stopped working and I don't really know why. Here is one screenshot.

Here when I run flutter doctor in terminal, it opens gdart.exe and closes and then nothing happens

As you can see nothing happened when I ran flutter doctor. Same thing happens in command prompt and even the flutter console. And it happens not only while running flutter doctor but any flutter command.

I tried reinstalling flutter but everytime I reinstall it works for some time but after that, same problem. I have been stuck for almost a week. I would love if anyone knows its solution
