I cannot install Visual studio 2019. I downloaded the Community edition file from the Microsoft website.
While executing the downloaded file it does seem to start and download additional files and as soon as I see the download bar complete the window closes instantly and I can't choose the workload or I don't see the IDE installed .
I use Windows 8.1
I tried opening the installer file from Program Files x86 but the window opens for a second and closes again.
I tried repeating the process by fresh download and nothing seem to help. Can anyone please help me setting up this.
