authentication - Fail. Redirect URL is not allowed

Question

I have a new desk top computer. I transferred files from old computer where I had been using a SHORT CUT. to open log in to my hosting Siteground . I can no longer log in, error. " Fail. Redirect URL is not allowed" before I was able to sign in and my WordPress Dashboard page would open. now I cant sign in. even if I go direct to Siteground or WordPress.org, can I download a app to my desktop? that would allow me to sign in to open my site dashboard page. my site the-mangotree-revisited.com.au
