windows - Powershell Remoting with Different Subnet is not working

We have enabled PowerShell remoting for windows server, We have also imported Certificate for https communication, We are able to Enter-PSSession -Computer ABC.Company.Com -USESSL But same when we try to perform session with different subnet it is not working,

We are able to telnet server on port 5986 and 5985, but still we are not able to

Enter-PSSession : Connecting to remote server ABC.Company.COM failed with the following error message : The WinRM client
sent a request to an HTTP server and got a response saying the requested HTTP URL was not available. This is usually
returned by a HTTP server that does not support the WS-Management protocol. For more information, see the
about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
At line:1 char:1
+ Enter-PSSession -ComputerName ABC.Company.COM
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo : InvalidArgument: (ABC.Company.COM:String) [Enter-PSSession], PSRemotingTransportException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CreateRemoteRunspaceFailed

What can be the issue, other than port communication do we have to check something,

On both server windows firewall is turned Off

Please let know any further information on this,

Thanks
