javascript - how to edit each variable in illustrator independently

Question

so Im using the VariableImporter to bulk design shirts with different images but my problem is that the images have different sizes and proportions which makes each variable looks kinda weird and when i try to change the scale , size and position of one image , all of the data sets change to that of what i set in one. any solution for this?
