swift - How to pass cognito token to Amplify on iOS

Question

ok, part of the api I'm using for writing my app requires I use a cognito token returned from the server in order for me to upload files to AWS S3. I'm converting from the older version of the Amazon S3 libraries to Amplify (the older library is deprecated).

Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to pass the cognito token to the Amplify api. I have found lots of documentation on how to request a cognito token, but nothing about what to do with an existing one.
