Apply excel template styling to new excel sheet using python

Question

I'm generating a excel sheet with employee details from a saas tool, which doesn't have many options to add styling while creating sheet.

I have a template which with styling that i need to merge with the file i've created. Is there a way i can do that with python as post processing?
