Enable Powerpivot
addin (if you haven't added it earlier)
Step-1 select data Get&Transform(on data tab) then from Table remember to uncheck my data has headers
option
Step-2 select column2 to column5 and click Transform
- unpivot columns

Step-3 delete extra column, and reload data back into excel wherever you want (using file menu in powerquery window only)
