logging - Extracting logs for vendors

Question

We are a fintech company and we have a lot of third-party vendors and oftentimes they ask for the logs. This is ok if doing it in a few servers but when talking around a hundred or more servers this is very inefficient. Is there a way to do this efficiently? Our current procedure is, extract logs from the server then email or upload to a sftp server.
