I'd like to ask about the quick edit pencil that appears usually at the end of my blog posts as a blogger because it has disappeared two days ago?
Even wrench icons, they have disappeared too?

Template Theme Name: Simply Simple
my template is from Blogger. com itself.
"Of course I'm logged in my blog as usual" but tools I mentioned are gone!
Solutions I tried with:
- I made sure if I really checked the choice of Show Quick Editing from (Layout > Edit), I found that it's already checked.

- I tried another template from outside blogger and the same problem still there.
- I tried logging in from another browser and the problem still there.
- I tried logging in from another device and the problem still there.
Where the quick edit pen and wrench icons have disappeared?
