I have a list of ~500 customer IDs & emails in a Excel file. Also, there could be/are incidents opened by these customers (if not all). After we've done a code change in the system, all such incidents (based on these customer IDs/Emails) must be resolved/closed.
Is there a way I can identify all such incidents (based on these customer IDs or emails from the excel file) created before a specific date. Once these incidents are identified, they will be resolved all at once.
