node.js - Not able to Deploy Dialogflow chatbot from fullfillment

Question

I am trying to build the chatbot using dialogflow integrated with google chats from fulfillment for dynamic responses. I am calling some apis also using axios .after some time my all the code gets lost and I am not able to deploy the chatbot further. I have tried on two agents but after some time the same problem comes. Note: Billing account is added.

Please Acknowledge this issue.
