I would consider a CSS hack with font-size:

.entry {
  font-size:0;
}
.entry * {
  font-size:initial;
}

<div class="entry">
<p class="page-header" style="text-align: center;"><strong>Enter</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp; somethin here</p>
Enter (this will be hidden !!)
<div class="subhead">another text here</div>
</div>
