debug symbols - C++ Rest SDK (Casablanca) Unable to View returned JSON Response Fields in Watch Tab

Question

In VS2017, if I try to interrogate extracted JSON, I get "Information not available, no symbols loaded for cpprest141_2_10d.dll".

For example, I extract JSON from response like:

{
  "name":"Mike",
  "age":26
}

like this:

web::json:;value jsonValue = response.extract_json().get();

If I add jsonValue variable to watches, I am unable to view what this JSON looks like and check its fields:

How do I load symbols so I can inspect the JSON response in Watch window in VS2017?
