类似MD5的hash是不可逆的，也就是无法解密，但是可以撞库
也就是拿自行生成的密码进行hash然后与你想要破解的密码进行比对，由于现在的大多数hash算法计算较快， 所以变的不安全
现在如果想要保证hash类的安全，也可以选用安全并且计算很慢的算法
