iscroll .js中怎么判断滚动方向?怎么用?

今天用了iscroll .js做上下拉加载刷新遇到一个需要判断页面上下滚动触发隐藏显示的事件!
找到iscroll .js里面的有个这样的方法:

options.indicators.listenX:
options.indicators.listenY:

指示器监听那个方向的滚动，可以设置为一个方向或 2 个方向

就是不知道怎么用,求大神帮忙!
