google sheets - How do I pull more than 100 rows into Excel on Mac using Web Query?

Hi guys I have been looking for a solution and can't find anything via YouTube without using Power Query which is unavailable on Mac.

I am trying to return the data from url: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-vHorSHyEK_FxCr6xsij04OdYmbVD6O1KUKD2ALlGzM/edit#gid=0

But excel only returns 100 rows and I have more than 100 rows of data to grab.

My iqy file is as follows:
