如何开启HotRefresh

我看到Weex Playground 安卓版本的代码里有HotRefreshManager这个类，看样子是做实时刷新的，连的8082端口。请问在开发时，如何能开启这个功能呢，我按照Playground的方式把HotRefreshManager引入了，但是连不上。
现在只有在用weex debug的时候才能通过RefreshBroadcastReceiver进行刷新。
