Have to block particular endpoints out of multiple endpoint in nginx?

Question

In my Nginx conf, 6 endpoints are there, I need to block only one endpoint location /, But the other five endpoints should be public. I tried out the option deny all; inside the location part and the overall part of Nginx but it’s not getting works. will anyone help me with this problem?
