日期 12和24小时制显示问题
    先上图 左是Linux Ubuntu系统，数据库是mssql 右是Linux centos系统，数据库是mssql 查询同样的数据，结束时间那里，左边显示的是24小时进制，右边的自动换成了12小时进制 查了google很久，也找不到答案 ... 了12小时进制，像上面右图结束时间一样 左边是Ubuntu，右边是centos 数据库时间格式是24小时进制...
